Meditation Class This class is perfect to attend after enjoying lunch, and is appropriate for new and experienced meditators alike. Ananda Yoga Class An Ananda Yoga Class is comprised of 20 min Energization Exercises, 40 min Ananda Yoga Postures (gentle poses accompanied with affirmations), and 30 min guided meditation.
